Hey there! I'm Mel, a dedicated fitness coach who is passionate about helping you unlock your full potential and ready to be your biggest cheerleader.

Whether you're just starting your fitness journey, returning after a hiatus, or looking to take your training to the next level, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

My approach is tailored to your unique goals, lifestyle, and abilities, ensuring that every session brings you closer to the results you want and the support I give you is what you are seeking.

Face to face training options are available with me at my home studio in Wanniassa, where we remove the noise of a commercial gym and focus on you and your goals.

We can work together through 1:1 personal training, 2:1 personal training, and small group fitness sessions of up to 4. Online coaching and custom programming are also available.

1 on 1 Personal Training

1 on 1 face to face personal training to suit your goals and keep you accountable - 60 min

Bundle and Save

Want accountability for the rest of the week while training on your own? $120 for ongoing online coaching, support and weekly check in with one face to face personal training session a week.

2 on 1 Personal Training

$50.00pp

Bring a friend to keep the energy high and the costs low - 60 min

Small Group Training

$20.00pp

Maximum of 4 getting after it! Bring along 3 friends and make it beneficial catch up or join another group and meet some new people.

Hit that high intensity, push the energy, let’s go!! - 45 min

Online Coaching

$70.00 weekly

Including programming and weekly check ins, let me hold you accountable and provide the support and tools you need to succeed.
